This turned out to be a fun and easy build your own shrimp and pasta dish. It’s a great quick weeknight dish that can also be used as an app for a party. I used clam juice for the fish stock. My oven required 6 minutes under the broiler though. Yep, I have a finicky oven. This could definitely get into the “Go To” rotation department for school nights. Great flavor with the pasta. I used the sauce to dress the pasta lightly and we all dug it.
