This cookbook always goes for the over-the-top and elaborate presentation. I never fall for it…Its family dinner. This cookbook is from one of San Diego’s (La Jolla’s) most famous restaurants – The Marine Room
This was quite fun and something quite unique. I really like the Fennel Date Relish and apparently I’ve been on a Fennel kick as of late. We severed the chicken with Brown Rice Quinoa from Costco. The chicken does require a 2 hour marinade but a real easy dish.
We would definitely do again.
