Mahi Mahi Fish Taco’s- Gringo Family Style

This Mahi marinade is “All Time”… which means it’s Da Kine, Rad, Wunderbar, Muy Sabroso,  We Dig It …and it’s so easy.

Versatile too…any white fish…Give it a Go! It will give some moisture to the fish and make you a star, just like Giada who I think this marinade may come from.

30 min + marinade for two to three white fish fillets

Clean the fish and put the fillets in a large bowl with:

1/3 cup Olive Oil

1 Tbs lemon juice

1 Tbs minced parsley

1 clove garlic minced

1 tsp dried basil

1 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp salt

Let it sit for 30 minutes plus in the fridge covered

Saute or grill – two to four plus minutes a side till done

I like using a touch of grape seed oil in the pan with fish

So Ya, we love fish tacos with melted cheese in the corn tortilla. So good.  We also don’t mind green leaf lettuce…Full gringo style. Then again, this is an Italian-Mexican taco after all. Spaghetti Western Tacos ?!?!?:)

I forgot about the Avocado at the store…it’s usually sliced thin and placed on top or done up in guacamole.
