What a great use of the leftover ham. We never have ham in the house besides the Holidays.
This was fun and the kidos digged it. We used Gruyere Cheese and served Bonne Maman Four Fruits Preserve with the chicken. Awesome addition.
I couldn’t figure out what they were getting at in the instructions regarding the proper way to attack the chicken. I just pounded the breast and added a pocket thus the massive size.
This is the first time I’ve ever made a Cordon Bleu. My memories from childhood is of my mom having them in a box in the freezer and she’d pull them out and bake them for a quick dinner. Sorry Mom, these were much better.
