Roger Verge is a Master Chef who’s two books of his I own are some of my favorites. He has a way of making everything sound incredible and easy to prepare. It’s all about getting into the right frame of mind and he has this down.
This recipe is super simple and had just a few ingredients. Though short on the ingredient list, of his recipes I’ve attempted thus far, they are all perfectly balanced.
The Green Pea Sauce goes great with Scallops. Even better with Green Peas themselves and Quinoa Brown Rice. Peas needing a pea sauce?!? Who would have known.
